Flight Dynamics Services

Our efforts span the entire mission lifecycle, from concept studies and requirements analysis through routine operations and end-of-life disposal operations. These stages include software development and maintenance of flight dynamics systems and institutional software tools.

We provide trajectory and mission design, attitude and orbit maneuver planning for missions, and perform operations and sustaining engineering of the Flight Dynamics Facility (FDF) and Earth Observing System (EOS).

Our engineers and analysts provide tracking system performance evaluation, and calibration and validation for the Space Network (SN) and the Near Earth Network (NEN). The FDF also provides tracking data analysis for satellite projects supported by the NASA Deep Space Network (DSN), Department of Defense (DoD) C-band radars, and the European Space Agency (ESA).
